• Payment Information: If you purchase a subscription or credits, payment information is processed by our third-party payment processors (Apple App Store, Google Play). We do not store your full credit card details.
• Communications: Messages you send to our support team or feedback you provide.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

We automatically collect certain technical information when you use our Service:

• Device Information: Device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, mobile network information.
• Usage Data: How you interact with the app, features you use, styles you select, session duration, and crash reports.

3. Your Photos and AI Processing

We understand that your photos are personal and sensitive. Here is how we handle them:

• Processing: Photos you upload are transmitted securely to our servers for AI processing. Results are generated and returned to you.
• Retention: Uploaded photos are retained on our servers for a limited time (typically 30 days) to allow you to access your generated results. You can delete your photos at any time from within the app.
• No Training on Your Photos: We do not use your personal photos to train our AI models without your explicit consent. Our AI models are trained on licensed datasets.
• No Sale: We do not sell your photos to third parties.
• Secure Transmission: All photo uploads and downloads use TLS encryption in transit.

4. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances:

4.1 Service Providers

• Generated portraits: Retained in your gallery within the app until you delete them or close your account.

6. Your Privacy Rights

6.1 For All Users

• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate personal data.
• Deletion: Request deletion of your account and associated data. You can do this directly in the app under Settings → Account → Delete Account.
